I bought my pitchfork to complete the media image

With the way the media has been portraying the Republican Party in the "Abramoff Scandel" you'd think that the right side of the isle (including the elephant) has grown horns and a tail. On Fox News earlier today a pundit repeatedly tried to explain how this was mostly a Republican problem and only a few Democrats were involved.
Yeah right!!
I’m sure that many on the left are laughing with glee as the media takes this to the next level of intrigue. To them it seems fitting, for five years they’ve been waiting (more like inventing) for something; anything to “bring down the Right”. And here it is, a long term Republican gets indicted with all these little malicious counts of fraud and conspiracy. He’s a lobbyist and is willing to let free all the names in his little black book.
Nancy Pelosi was even quote as saying that Abramoff’s confession was "not a surprise because this Republican Congress is the most corrupt in history and the American people are paying the price."
Different news agencies have different takes on the amount of people that will be “sweating it out” for next couple of days. According to msnbc over 75% of them are Republican; some have even speculated that the President had some wrong doing.
But what about David Hastert? Oh his name just gets buried deep in the articles (beneath that of those villainous Republicans!).
Don’t let the media fool you. All of this is still speculation.
As for me, I hope to use my pitchfork to poke those Democrats who didn’t hid there paper trail well enough.
